Of course, we want to change the world; make this a better place. But this is as easy to say as it is difficult to pin down. If we think too big they will call us utopian, if we are too confident they will call us dogmatic (and rightly so), and if we limit ourselves to theorizing we will be less useful than we might come to believe. So what?

Well, to start with, we want to bring new ideas, knowledge, enthusiasm and passion by supporting  projects, initiatives and companies valuable for their potential for social improvement; We want to identify and assess some key challenges to channel the talent of people and entities in some solution strategies.  And we also want to find and apply strategies so that projects are economically sustainable and not dependent on grants or philanthropy.

To do this, we designed Intrepids as an "open source organization", transparent and willing to continually improve our methods and processes, as well as the incorporation of new objectives, adapting ourselves according to the collective intelligence of partners and collaborators.

Another of our strengths is that we are an "incubator of alliances" of value,  promoters of hopeful initiatives, because we know that the connection of the minds and hearts of great people creates immense power.

At Intrepids we are going to promote sustainable innovation also socially, for which we study the projects that we support and develop from a holistic approach, valuing their human dimension as well as their economic profitability.
